2. Narx va to'lov

5. Muhim eslatmalar

KM Studio Google Flow'ni o'zi generatsiya qilmaydi — sizning Flow hisobingiz va uning kreditlari bilan ishlaydi. Flow kreditlari va Google tariflari (Google AI Pro/Ultra) KM Studio narxiga kirmaydi.

6. Google cheklovi

7. KM Montaj litsenziyasi

KM Montaj — Windows 10/11 uchun desktop dastur: raqamli fayllardan (rasm, klip, ovoz) tayyor video yig'adi. U faqat Pro + Montaj tarifida va tekin sinov davrida ishlaydi; alohida sotilmaydi va oddiy Pro tarifiga kirmaydi.
Litsenziya hisobga beriladi (kengaytma bilan bitta Google hisob): bitta hisob ko'pi bilan 3 ta kompyuterda, bitta kompyuter esa ko'pi bilan 2 ta hisob bilan ishlatiladi. Kompyuterni dasturdagi kompyuterlar ro'yxatidan uzish mumkin — 7 kunda 3 martagacha.
Dastur ochilganda va ish davomida litsenziyani internet orqali yangilaydi. Oxirgi tekshiruvdan keyin internetsiz 3 kungacha ishlaydi, lekin hech qachon obuna muddatidan oshmaydi.
Litsenziya shu hisob va shu kompyuterga bog'lanadi: uni boshqa shaxsga berish, sotish yoki ijaraga berish, hisobni bir necha kishi bo'lib ishlatish mumkin emas.

8. Taqiqlangan harakatlar

In short: prompts are unlimited for everyone. There are two paid plans: Pro unlocks extra extension features, and Pro + Montaj adds the KM Montaj desktop app on top of them ; on your first Google sign-in Pro is free for 7 days (KM Montaj included). There is no auto-renewal — you extend it yourself. The seller is KM Studio, not Google. If Google limits you, KM Studio waits, slows down and then asks you (section 6). Copying, reverse engineering and reselling the extension or the app are prohibited (section 8).

1. Free, Pro and Pro + Montaj

The extension rows are filled from the current settings on the KM Studio server — the same as the Pro card in the extension. Pro + Montaj includes everything in Pro plus the KM Montaj desktop app (section 7).

2. Price and payment

Current prices are shown on the pricing page and in the extension's Pro card.
Payment is currently by Uzbek bank cards (exact-amount transfer) or the payment provider shown on the page. Card details never reach our server.
If a payment is not confirmed automatically, send the receipt to @KMStudioPro_bot and the subscription is opened manually.
No auto-renewal. When the period ends the account returns to Free; your settings are kept.
Extending early adds the new period on top of the current period of the same plan.
Upgrading from Pro to Pro + Montaj: your remaining Pro days are not lost — they continue after the Pro + Montaj period ends. KM Montaj is not sold separately — only as part of Pro + Montaj.
Promo codes are redeemed in @KMStudioPro_bot («🎁 Promokod») after linking Telegram in the extension. Each code works once per account and is added on top of the period of its plan (Pro or Pro + Montaj).

3. Free trial

On your first Google sign-in, Pro is unlocked free for 7 days, once per account and computer. The trial is the full product: the extension's Pro features and the KM Montaj app both work. No card is asked and it ends on its own. It is not given to accounts that had a subscription before, or when this computer or network has already used a trial.

4. Refunds

Ask within 3 days of payment for a full refund.
If Pro did not work because of a fault on our side, the lost days are extended or refunded.
Wrong or double payments: the excess is refunded or added to your period.

5. Notes

KM Studio does not generate anything itself — it drives Google Flow with your own account and credits. Flow credits and Google plans (Google AI Pro/Ultra) are not part of the KM Studio price. Privacy: privacy policy.

6. Google limits

Google Flow sometimes limits automated activity and answers with “unusual activity”. This comes from Google, not from KM Studio. KM Studio does not bypass it: it waits as Flow asks (1 → 3 → 5 minutes), reduces the load (parallel drops to 1) and, if the block repeats, pauses the queue and asks you whether to resume, wait 30 minutes and resume, or stop. KM Studio is not responsible for your Google account, Flow limits or Flow credits — they depend on your own agreement with Google.

7. KM Montaj licence

KM Montaj is a desktop app for Windows 10/11 that assembles a finished video from numbered files (images, clips, voice). It works only with the Pro + Montaj plan and during the free trial; it is not sold separately and is not part of the plain Pro plan.
The licence is granted per account (the same Google account as the extension): one account on at most 3 computers, and one computer with at most 2 accounts. You can unlink a computer from the app's computer list — up to 3 times per 7 days.
The app renews its licence online when it starts and while it runs. After the last check it works offline for up to 3 days, never beyond the end of your subscription.
The licence is bound to your account and computer: it may not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared by several people.
When Pro + Montaj ends, KM Montaj stops working; if Pro time remains, the extension's Pro features keep working.
New versions are free while you are subscribed. The app does not modify your source files — it writes the result to a separate folder. The videos you make are yours: KM Montaj does not upload them and claims no rights to them.

8. Prohibited actions

The KM Studio extension and the KM Montaj app — their code, design, texts and licensing system — belong to KM Studio. A subscription gives you the right to use them, not ownership of them. You may not:

copy the extension, the app or any part of them (code, design, text, images) other than installing them on your own computer, modify them, or build another product from them;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to reconstruct their source code;
redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense or re-host them or any part of them;
bypass the licence check, computer or device limits, payment or trial rules, or copy or forge the licence file for another computer;
give, sell or share your account, subscription or licence with others.

If this section is breached, the account and licence may be terminated. Anything the applicable law expressly allows, and the open-source components in section 9 (distributed under their own licences), are excluded.

9. Third-party components and services

FFmpeg — KM Montaj uses FFmpeg for video encoding. It ships with the app as a separate ffmpeg.exe and is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3). The licence text is in the app's LICENSES folder; FFmpeg source code: download. The restrictions in section 8 do not apply to FFmpeg: you may use, modify and redistribute it under the GPLv3. FFmpeg is a trademark of Fabrice Bellard; KM Studio is not affiliated with the FFmpeg project.
Fonts — KM Montaj's subtitle fonts and this site's Manrope and Fraunces fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the licence texts are in the app's LICENSES folder.
Microsoft, OpenRouter and Google (AI voice) — the «🎙 Ovoz yaratish» (voice generation) feature of KM Montaj is optional. In the free mode the scene text is sent to Microsoft's speech service (Edge voices); it is a free service and may sometimes be slow or unavailable. The quality mode runs with your own OpenRouter key: the text goes from your computer directly to OpenRouter (and through it to Google Gemini TTS), and you pay OpenRouter yourself. In both cases the text is processed under their terms. The key is stored only on your computer, encrypted; neither the text nor the key is sent to KM Studio servers.
Other open-source libraries (for example, Flutter; for the free voices edge-tts — GNU LGPL v3, shipped as replaceable source inside the app) are used under their own licences; the list is in the app's LICENSES/UCHINCHI_TOMON.txt.
